​Sometimes property owners need to reclaim their building from the people who have been occupying it. By using trauma-informed mediation skills, Rays of Hope enables property owners to work with authorized or unauthorized tenants toward a mutually beneficial resolution of their issues. This helps owners avoid lengthy and costly court eviction action and helps tenants avoid having an eviction on their rental history.

Rays of Hope staff will meet with property owners to determine their issues and desired outcomes. They will then contact authorized or unauthorized tenants to learn their story. Once staff have an understanding of both sides, they work to find and implement a solution that will benefit the owner and tenant.

Rays of Hope is based in Arlington, Washington.  Our team provides training & consultation services throughout Snohomish, King, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties designed to help people and organizations become more aware of the effects of trauma and learn how to adapt policies and personal habits to provide a safe place for clients and employees.

Rays of Hope believes it is important to provide quality trauma-informed instruction and mentoring at reasonable prices. Once our services are engaged, your presentation or workshop will be customized to address subjects specific to your staff and organizational needs. 

All workshops are available for in-person or virtual settings. Rays of Hope staff have received full COVID vaccinations and will bring PPE, including masks, for in-person events as needed.
